Feeling Good

KROEBUCK - 11:57PM UTC, Mar 24th 2010

I took the advice I received about eating a portion of my meal and waiting, and then eating another portion and waiting, until I am finished. It took me longer to eat, which is good, because I eat entirely too fast. And I didn't find myself thinking about what I can eat next, when I'm not even finished eating, which is what I normally do. I'm still not sure about this thread thing or how to reply....eventually I'll figure it out.

I just finished 30 minutes on my treadmill. That should take care of some of the week-end eating. Now, like you said, today is a new day and I will begin again. Easter probably won't be as difficult as I think because I will have more control over eating. My sister-in-law always brings a nice salad, so I will fill up on salad, and ease up on the potatoes. I will try to make time for a walk with the dog in the morning. Oh, I feel better already. Thanks Minnesota.

i know what you mean. We went out on Saturday night and I ate wayyyy too much. I gained 2 lbs from that. :( But today is a new day. I will continue doing good. Easter will be hard, but I will try to eat really light for the other two meals. Plus get a walk in if you can.

WEEK-ENDS ARE KILLING ME!!!!!! I totally lose my focus. I over ate both Saturday and Sunday. It's like I've been released from "prison" (the work week and calorie counting) and want to try everything I've been "denied"(watching every thing I put in my mouth). WHY????? I'm on a see-saw and I don't know how to get off. Now this week-end is Easter. I need to lock myself in the basement on Saturdays and Sundays!

I have started to do that too and find that I will end up not eating everything on my plate, which is a good thing. :)
