NLB - 6:52AM PDT, Oct 12th 2010

I have been a CK member since Feb. 2009. It works when I consistently use the program daily. My problem is after a couple weeks of good weight lost I tend to stop recording my daily food intake which gets in the way of seeing the scale drop. How do I stay I track? Any ideas?

found a great way. I joined a challenge. it really helps to be accountable to a group who is on the same path. I sign in every day. why not message me every day and I will message you. we can maybe get through this together. =D

I joined CK in February of 2008. I know what you mean. I tend to lose a few pounds and then relax too much on calorie intake. I do keep logging. Usually, I maintain for a long time. That is why I am not much of a CK success so far!

I think a CK challenge will help. Also, find someone to talk to about your losing your motivation. Or, try a new exercise to keep up your spirits.
