New, new, newbie here - sacheting in to say "HI" in hopes of finding some CK support.
I humbly admit that I just signed up in March - to find that I apparently signed up last March and just wasn't ready I guess.
I'm ready now! This first week - I'm just logging my food intake (good or bad) to get a feel for what it is I'm doing during these days of high stress eating. YIKES!
