Hello, everyone. I just joined this thread -- it's New Year's Day, time to do things differently, right? My goal is to check in with you once a day throughout 2011. It will be amazing if I actually do that, or even come close, but that's the goal. - Barbara

Barbara - I just joined too. I have been "wanting" to lose 15 pounds for a long time but really have not committed to it. This year I am committed. I just signed up for a 1/2 marathon in May. I will track my intake every day on CK. I will workout 5-6 times a week. Here we go!
