Good Morning All....Yes I do agree that in our age group it is very hard to lose weight. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers way back from 1978.. Prior to reaching my 50's, if I put on 15-20lbs I would just follow the WW Plan from about 4 mos and poof I would get results!...Not that easy anymore....I have recently quit smoking and find that you put on a few pounds due to your metabolism slows down. Whew!...So I now am a member of Calorie King and shoot for working out 3 times a week at a gym that is very close to my house. Would like to give all of you an atta boy! Keep up the good work and wishing all of us success.
