JW here. New to this group but not CK. I am 58 and got started with CK again in Sept. Already well on the way to my first interim goal so if you ask me...CK works.
I was a gym rat for many years but I walk now...exclusively. At least 60 minutes a night with my dogs. I look forward to my long nightly walks because it's my opportunity to read. I use an iPod and listen to audiobooks. Keeps the motivation to exercise high plus my walking buddies always let me know when it's time to get up and move. Works for me...might work for you too.
