Just joined. I lost 10 lbs. last yr. but is slowly creeping back. So I am officially calorie counting and exercising. I try to do it all week but weekends are hard. So I am off to the gym right now after eating a healthy breakfast. I always start off great but by the end of the day my will power disolves..
