Welcome to the 50 plus group Diane. I haven't posted many comments, although I really enjoy reading the posts. I've been trying to lose 15 - 20 lbs for years! Sometimes I can take off 10, but it always comes back on. I'm hoping talking to others will help me.

I have been off track with using CK for a few months, but am back!
One thing about CK that I love, is the food diary really made me make better food choices, even when I didn't visit the site.

Hey Diane. Did I see you signed up for the December challenge group, too? Nice to see you in this group, as well. I've been on and off with CK too --- glad you are back. That's the key is to not give up, right?

Yes I've been doing the monthly challenges since June. Have to really get my butt in gear starting tomorrow (just returned from vacation). I didn't really like how I looked in the pictures taken

Pictures sure keep you from going into denial don't they? I have started taking pictures regularly to keep myself in check!

Where are you in S. California? We vacationed in San Diego then up to Anaheim and LA last month!!
