I'm new to the group and am a 51 yo who is weight challenged. I try to keep it together with two blogs since I've been on this journey since last year. If I would have known Calorie King had blogs I wouldn't have done these others.
I live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area which is a challenge itself as I hate the heat and right now it's cold. I really need a more temperate climate, I swear...LOL!

The first one is mine exclusively and the second one is one I do with two other women who aren't doing so well. Don't know what's wrong there but I think I've started getting in the groove and the blogging helps.
