I'm a young at heart 52 year old woman, with at least 35 lbs. to lose. I am happy to meet you and glad to be on this journey together. All for one and one for all!
It will be so great to be able to log on from work and from home to journal my food and exercise. I really needed something to keep me on track while at work that I can log on to quickly, journal my entries and get back to work again, then when I get home, I can see my progress for the day - love that!
I've just set my inital goal of losing 5 lbs. by Feb. 11. I'm going to take it nice and slow and not stress myself out over losing. I want to lose slowly so that new habits sink in and stay put!
