Hello ya'll, :wave1:

I'm a young at heart 52 year old woman, with at least 35 lbs. to lose. I am happy to meet you and glad to be on this journey together. All for one and one for all!

It will be so great to be able to log on from work and from home to journal my food and exercise. I really needed something to keep me on track while at work that I can log on to quickly, journal my entries and get back to work again, then when I get home, I can see my progress for the day - love that!

I've just set my inital goal of losing 5 lbs. by Feb. 11. I'm going to take it nice and slow and not stress myself out over losing. I want to lose slowly so that new habits sink in and stay put!

I'ts great to be here! :smile1:

I am with you. I need a soul mate to keep me honest. I lost a lot of weight last year but it is slowly creeping back. It is a never ending battle....

hi, I am pushing 60 and I have the distinction of gaining 10lbs since I last left Calorieking weighing 148 in 2006. I am down 5 lbs since starting the first week of Feb. but, I don't seem to get credit again for losing until I start at 148 again. Sooooo, it will be a little while till I lose the first 10 lbs. joined the 10 lbs in 10 weeks challenge. will keep you posted. How are the rest of you doing?

It's Feb 5 and I'm into day 3 of my weight lose manangement program. For the first time in a long time, I actually feel good about both me and my weight. I must lose 35 pounds to get to where "I use to be", but the difference is today I'm doing something about it. It's a good feeling to be proactive again.....
