One of the best things middle aged people can do for their health is stretching. I don't stretch as much as I used to but I sure look forward to my 20 minute stretch when I can fit it into my schedule. :)

I totally agree. If you stretch you can do anything!
I am trying to add yoga back into my daily schedule. I used to do it when I was younger and had lots of time. Now I need it more and don't have the time!

I strive for stretching 3 times a week minimum. I used to stretch every day when I was younger but like you said, I don't have the time.
