Water retention

I am new to CK. have never been involved in a blog or forum before. Just finished my third week on the program. Have only lost 1 pound. arggg. At this rate I'll be fat till I die. I have stayed within my caloric goals. Wondering if anyone knows how to find the article on water retention?

Have you checked your measurements? Do your clothes feel looser? Muscle weighs more than fat so if you've increased your exercise and have more muscle you'll actually be slimmer even though the scale doesn't show it.
