Has anyone had the gastric Sleeve procedure done.

I meet with my surgeon on Friday and that is one of the weight loss surgery choices they offer. I just want to be able to chat with someone who has had the procedure and can give me more information about it.

I know everyone is different but it would be nice to just know some info.

Sorry it's been a while since I've looked at this page. I had RNY so don't know much about gastric sleeve. I think you don't have the malabsorption issues that you have with RNY but not really sure. I see that there is another group called Bariatric Surgery. I'm going to check it out and see how active that group is. You might try it too.
