1.) When I was immiedately post op I found a water that i would sip from that came with a strap, and to this day that thing goes with me everywhere (of course after 7 years I have gone through many)
WATER IS A MUST
2.) I am not perfect at this everday, but I bought a pedometer and I wear it as I know how many steps I have taken and I challenge myself so take more steps each day or park away from the door at a grocery store and walk.
3.) Good or bad... Because after 7 years I do have bad weeks... I weigh myself every week... I have to hold myself accountable
4.) Taking my vitamins, calcium everyday
5.) I am now only just going back to the basics however of getting into protein first... and we will see on Saturday if this week was successful. Since earlier this year I was trying Weight Watchers and doing points and although I dont think weight watchers is a bad program, it just doesnt work for my body anymore and we all know our bodies now.
What have you found to work for you?
