Ok....looking over my diary.....I have to cut back the amount of wine that I have. I see that that is one sure fire way of cutting back on the number of calories that I consume. We love wine too much to just give it up. Here's what I'm going to to:
First, I'm going to buy some new wine glasses...small ones that hold 5 ounces. This would mean that when I have a glass of wine I'm almost cutting my calories in half....large glasses equals more calories. (That's true of portion sized plates too!)
Second, I liked the suggestion of using only exercise calories for wine....that might actually get me outdoors and moving again.
