I'm trying a new stratagy! I only get wine calories from exercise calories.

I love a glass(or two) in the eve while making dinner, with dinner. Working out how to manage the calories has been a challenge. I also eat more than I should when I've had wine. So I've been trying to only drink when I've done my exercise for the day and limit my self to one glass. I'll let you know how things work out.

i really didn't think there were people out there with this same problem! after working all day, i like nothing better than a glass of wine (or 2 sometimes 3!) to unwind. just joined calorie king today.

i'm not sure what the abbreviations are but my current weight is 155 and my goal weight is 130.

That's what I do too. I exercise and then when I get home from work I log in my dinner to see if I have enough calories to have a glass or not. so far so good :-)
