The 50 Plus Group Home

Anyone interested in posting comments relating to the challenges that they face and how they and others may overcome similar or other challenges.

I am 55 in May and am finding it more and more difficult to lose weight. I used to be very very active both at work and and at the gym prior to moving out to God's Country.

It really is quite beautiful but there is no real gym to speak of and I have started a walking program but it can be hampered by my fear of bears...(in the spring) and black flies....

I know excuses excuses....no room indoors for a gym....I tried that one but we were limited for space for our guests...so the equipment went. I have now purchased the old 20 minute workout and alternate that with my walking.

Having said that ....CK has given me 1200 calorie limit which I am fine with because prior to starting CK I really ate very little....and yes I guess I should know better, but when your desperate....

Anyhow anyone else out there having a hard time with losing??

My goal is to get down to the weight I was prior to leaving the city...

which is....134....my last weigh in was 154.5
