1. Can I order over the telephone?
If you want to place an order of 100 or more books, you can call (949) 642 8500, ext 10 during regular business hours - Pacific Standard Time. Please note: This line is for wholesale book orders only. This phone does not process single orders nor provide phone support for CalorieKing.com, CalorieKing Club Membership, or CalorieKing.com software. Support for these products are only available online.
2. In which bookstores are your books available?
Our books are available in most major-chain bookstores, including Barnes & Noble, Borders, Walmart, K-Mart, The Sports Authority, B. Dalton and Walden Books. However, you can quickly and easily order our books directly from our secure online store.
3. I would like to offer some feedback regarding improvements, suggestions or errors in one of your publications. How do I do this?

4. How long will delivery take?
Delivery time for Regular Shipping & Handling can be 10-15 working days.
5. Can I place an international order?
Unfortunately we cannot offer online processing of orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, United States Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands and other international destinations.

If you wish to place an order of 50 or more products to Puerto Rico, Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii ONLY, but no other international destionations, please contact:

6. I would like a refund for a product I purchased from the online shop. How do I arrange this?
Note: This refund policy only applies to physical products that were shipped to you - books, and pedometers.It does not apply to membership or software downloads.

To obtain a refund, please return the products you have ordered to the address below. The following conditions apply:

  • The products must be received by CalorieKing.com in same condition as received with instructions and packaging included.
  • Products must be postmarked no later than 30 days after initial purchase.
  • The products must be returned at your own expense.
  • You must supply us with the invoice number associated with your original order. If you have lost or forgotten your invoice number, please include your ship to and bill to name with your return.
