CK Program topics on CalorieKing usually have several pages. You can move from page to page by using the "next" and "previous" links, or by clicking the page number that you want to jump to.

Keeping a record of information that is important or interesting to you is very handy. Just like cutting out a newspaper article and pasting it into a scrapbook, you can use a similar technique (no glue involved!) to copy important parts of articles, forum postings, or CK Program topics and "paste" them into another place (such as a word processing document) to keep as a record.
Here's how to copy and paste:
- Move your mouse cursor over the start of the text that you wish to copy.
- Hold down the left mouse button (for PC users) or your mouse button (for Mac users) and drag your cursor over the text you wish to select.
- When you have selected all of the text you want to copy, release the mouse button. The text you have selected should now be highlighted.
- Without clicking on anything else, move your mouse cursor up to the Edit menu at the top of your Internet browser window.
- Click on Edit to display the menu.
- Choose Copy from the menu.
- Now open or switch to the place where you want to paste the text (such as a word processing document). Click your mouse button on the spot where you want to paste the text.
- Select the Edit menu from the program you are using.
- Choose Paste from the menu.
- Your copied text should now appear!
If you like, you can use this shortcut.
- Follow steps 1 – 3 above to select the text you wish to copy.
- Hold down the Ctrl key (PC users) or the Apple key (Mac users), and while you keep holding it down, press the letter c.
- Now open or switch to the place where you want to paste the text (such as a word processing document). Click your mouse button on the spot where you want to paste the text.
- Hold down the Ctrl key (PC users) or the Apple key (Mac users), and while you keep holding it down, press the letter v. Your text will appear!

As part of your CalorieKing membership, you have a tool called Notes. You'll find it in your Toolbar:

Notes is a place where you can type your own notes, paste sections of CK Program topics and articles that you want to remember, or record tips and comments you read in forums, so that you can easily refer to them later.
Any time you wish to copy some information to Notes, simply use the copy-and-paste technique that you just learned in the section above.
The term "drag and drop" refers to a set of steps used in some games. It involves dragging an object across the computer screen and dropping it in a different location on the screen. We've created a few games for you to have fun with throughout the CK Program, some of which involve this technique.
