The University is an innovative 13 week weight loss program designed to teach you life-long skills needed for weight management.

Here you will learn everything from how to lose weight to how to find time to exercise and how to get some balance in your life. Lessons cover:

At the end of each week there is a Self-Test. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on the week’s lessons and check your own progress. There is also a short Assessment for each week. The Assessments test whether you’ve covered the major learning points.

At the end of the 13 week weight loss program you'll have developed the basic core skills required to take charge of your weight.
