What were your weight-control goals?
I wanted to shed the weight I had accumulated from years of poor diet and no excercise.
What motivated you to lose weight?
My kids. Not only so I am able to keep up with them but also so they hopefully acquire a healthly diet and exercise lifestyle.
What was your weight-loss method?
Don't eat junk, exercise six to seven days a week and log everything I eat.
What were some obstacles you encountered while losing weight?
Only those that were self inflicted. My family is very supportive.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
Be honest with yourself. Set reasonable and achievable goals. Believe in yourself. Log your food. Exercise.
How do you feel now that you've lost weight?
Amazing. Empowered. Happier.
