How It Works

Calories in, calories out. That's the scientific truth behind CalorieKing. This independent, you-driven program brings you through a series of three levels, each with topics and tasks you complete before progressing to the next stage.

Step 1. You are introduced to the program and the basics of weight control. You will lose your first five pounds.
