  • 2 medium avocados, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 8 slices medium-thick Italian bread
  • 3/4 Tbsp olive oil


In a bowl, combine together avocados, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, and basil.

Grill or toast bread. Brush toast with olive oil. Top with avocado-tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
