Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 3/4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 mushrooms, chopped
  • 8 slices medium-thick Italian bread
  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat oil in saucepan. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.

Spread toast with avocado. Top with mushroom mixture and grated cheese. Place under hot grill until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
