A delicious homemade dip.
Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
Add ricotta cheese, tomato paste, salt, chili sauce and black pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables or small savory biscuits.
