For a slightly sweet and delicately-flavored bagel spread, try this!
Mix together the cream cheese, walnuts and cinnamon. Just before using, mix in the watermelon. Spread on toasted bagels.
If nonfat whipped cream cheese is unavailable: Beat 6 oz nonfat cream cheese. Then, mix in 2 Tbsp skim milk. Yield: 6 oz nonfat whipped cream cheese.
If desired, serve on rice cakes instead of bagels.
