Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 171.43 g nonfat whipped cream cheese
  • 65.71 g walnut pieces, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup minced seedless watermelon

Directions:

Mix together the cream cheese, walnuts and cinnamon. Just before using, mix in the watermelon.

Variations:

If nonfat whipped cream cheese is unavailable: Beat 6 oz nonfat cream cheese. Then, mix in 2 Tbsp skim milk. Yield: 6 oz nonfat whipped cream cheese.

Spread on toasted bagels, or if desired, serve on rice cakes instead of bagels.
