Mix together the cream cheese, walnuts and cinnamon. Just before using, mix in the watermelon.
If nonfat whipped cream cheese is unavailable: Beat 6 oz nonfat cream cheese. Then, mix in 2 Tbsp skim milk. Yield: 6 oz nonfat whipped cream cheese.
Spread on toasted bagels or rice cakes.
