Traditional Devil Eggs are made with the full egg including the yolk, hence they tend to be high in fat and cholesterol. Avocado Angel Eggs reduces the calories, fat and cholesterol, and increases the healthy monosaturated fats.
By replacing the high-fat egg yolk and mayonnaise with avocados. By adding additional spices and flavorful vegetables, these madeover eggs are "angelic".
