Usually served as tapas or appetizers, this spicy shrimp can also be a light entrée.
Suggestions:
Do not overcook the shrimp!
Ingredients:
1 lb peeled shrimp
1 tsp coarse salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, sliced thin, or to taste
1 dried, hot, red pepper, or to taste
Directions:
Dry the shrimp. Cover shrimp with salt and let sit 10 to 15 minutes.
In lightly oiled frying pan, sauté garlic and pepper at high temp for about a minute or so.
Add the salted shrimp. At a very high heat, sauté, stirring constantly for 2 to 5 minutes, depending upon the size of the shrimp.

Do not microwave.
