Fool Yourself Cookies
Munch on these cookies - they're made with protein powder, banana, peanut butter, and oatmeal!

Yield: 6 x large cookies
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry, uncooked
- 1 package (0.6 oz) Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 oz protein powder (1/2 scoop)
- 2 - 4 packets artificial sweetener, to taste (such as Splenda)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Variations:
For a portable snack or mini meal, pack more cookies, and go.
