Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry, uncooked
  • 1 package (0.6 oz) Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 14.29 g protein powder (1/2 scoop)
  • 2 - 4 packets artificial sweetener, to taste (such as Splenda)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300F.

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Variations:

For a portable snack or mini meal, pack more cookies, and go.
