Yield: 8 x slices
Cook mix as directed on package (use pie filling directions), except use 2 cups eggnog and 1-1/4 cups milk. Stir in rum and nutmeg; pour into baked crust.
Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill several hours. Garnish with nutmeg. Serve each slice with a tablespoon of light whipped cream.
For a richer tasting pie, replace skim milk with 2% reduced-fat milk.
