


Try this quick and easy smoothie!
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla
2 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
