Start your day with this refreshing blend of yogurt, strawberries and banana.
Enjoy this smoothie as a 'breakfast-on-the-run' or satisfying snack.
1 cup orange juice (250ml)
1 medium banana (150g)
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/4 cup Equal® Spoonful™ or 6 packets Equal® Sweetener
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in freezer bag, seal and freeze at 5-6 hours or overnight.
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
