* Prepare the mangos by slicing off the cheeks and scooping out the flesh with a spoon. Roughly chop and place mango into a blender or food processor.
Add lemon rind, lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cardamom, and milk. Blend for 30 seconds or until creamy smooth.
Place ice cubes into four tall glasses and pour mango cooler over the top. Garnish with a mint leaf.
