Watermelon Smoothie
A lovely fresh smoothie with a watermelon twist!

- 2 cup watermelon chunks, seeds removed
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 1/2 carton plain, low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Variations:
If you like, use a sugar substitute to reduce the calories.
