Apple and Fruit Frappe
A lovely fresh fruity refreshing drink.

Yield: 4 x 1-cup servings
- 1 cup papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 4 apples, juiced (such as Jonathan), or 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
Place the papaya, banana and pineapple in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the apple juice and ice and continue to blend until the frappe is smooth. Serve immediately.
