  Recipe Makeover

1 cup strongly brewed hot coffee

1 Tbsp Equal® Spoonful **

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder *

1/4 tsp almond extract


  Traditional Recipe

1 cup hot brewed coffee

1 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp whole milk

1/4 cup whipped heavy cream


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in beverage mug until blended.

Variations:

Cappuccino effect: top with froth *
Coffee Mocha effect: top with light whipped cream *
Non-dairy topping: top with Cashew Cream or Ricotta Cream

** If desired, Equal® Spoonful can be replaced by one of the following:

1) 1-1/2 packets Equal®, or
2) 1 tbsp granulated or brown sugar
