1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice

1/4 medium banana

1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice

3 ice cubes

2 tsp unsweetened coconut

1/4 tsp rum extract

1 fl. oz lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp sugar

1 1/2 fl. oz banana liqueur

1 large banana

1 1/2 fl. oz rum


Directions:

In blender, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
Pour into chilled tall tumbler.
