About this Recipe Makeover

Traditional holiday eggnog is made with rich, high calorie, high fat ingredients. Although this traditional recipe is non-alcoholic, many recipes also call for 1+ cup of rum or brandy.

The Eggnog Wassail made-over recipe trades the whole milk and heavy cream for nonfat eggnog. Spicing it with apple cider, this eggnog blends fall and winter flavors together, making it a special nog for the holidays!
