Preheat oven to 350║F.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and Splenda«).
In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients (canola oil and egg whites); stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
After baking, can add craisins or almonds to granola mixture.
