  • 8 slices raisin bread
  • 7 oz low-fat ricotta cheese (200g)
  • 12 slices papaya (or 12 slices cut in half), deseeded and peeled (approx. 1 large)
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup


Toast the bread.

To serve, top the toast with ricotta cheese and papaya slices. Drizzle maple syrup on top. Serve.


Other fruit breads and/or regular maple syrup may be substituted.
