The traditional quarter-pounder hamburger is high on calories, fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol. This turkey burger recipe is transformed to lower calorie and lower fat by replacing the traditional regular high fat ground beef with lean ground turkey. For added interest, garnishing vegetables top these patties, adding more nutrition and flavor.
