A simple and tasty burger idea that is also excellent on the barbecue!
Combine ground turkey, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, pepper and onion in a food processor. Brush the base of a non-stick skillet with olive oil.
Form turkey mixture into 4 patties and place in the skillet. Cook patties for a few minutes on each side until well browned and cooked.
Spread fruity chutney on bread roll halves. Place cooked patties into rolls. Fill with salad vegetables and serve immediately.
