Creamy bacon and onion sauce tossed through steaming pasta.
Cook pasta as directed on packaging.
In a non-stick saucepan, sauté bacon and onion until cooked (about 4 minutes).
In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk; add cheese.
Toss bacon and onion through hot pasta, add milk mixture and return to low heat. Stir through for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
