Ingredients:

3/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup fat free half and half

1 package (1.4 oz) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

2 medium bananas


Directions:

In a blender, combine the skim milk and the half and half. Add pudding and blend well. Quickly add the bananas and puree until blended well.

Pour mixture into ice pop molds or small plastic cups. Insert a popsicle stick and freeze over night.
