Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • 228.57 g low-sugar vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon Light 'n Fit)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut *
  • 100 g sprinkles or jimmies
  • 4 paper snow cone cups


Using an ice cream scoop, make 4 balls of watermelon and place them in the freezer on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet for no more than 1 hour.

Remove from freezer and roll in vanilla yogurt and then lightly coat with sweetened coconut; top with sprinkles or jimmies.

Place in a snow cone cup and enjoy.


* Unsweetened coconut can replace the sweetened, if desired.

For a change, replace snow cone cup with an ice cream cone.
