Easy Cheesy Apple Sweetie
This is a great recipe for breakfast or dessert when you're craving something sweet.

Yield: 2 x approx. 3/4-cup servings
- 1 medium fuji apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 28.57 g Genisoy Pralined Soy Nuts
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet Splenda (1g)
Directions:
Gently toss all ingredients together in medium-sized mixing bowl. Serve immediately.
