  • 1 medium fuji apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 28.57 g Genisoy Pralined Soy Nuts
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet Splenda (1g)
