Combine milk, cocoa, coffee and sugar in a saucepan and whisk over heat until just below boiling point.
Combine gelatine and water in a bowl and stir over boiling water until dissolved (or microwave on High for 45 seconds).
Fold gelatine through mixture and spoon into serving dishes. Refrigerate until set.
