Suggestions:

Sugar-free angel food cake available at Walmart.

Ingredients:

1 sugar-free Angel Food cake

1 large package sugar-free Strawberry Jello

24 oz strawberries, sliced (1 quart)

1 container whipped dessert topping


Directions:

Take cake and pinch in small pieces and put in long dish.

Fix Jello as you would any other Jello. Pour over crumbled cake.

Slice the strawberries and arrange over Jello/cake. Refrigerate to set. After it is gelled, put the whipped topping over the strawberries.

Variations:

You may use other fruit - change the Jello to suit your fruit.
